Reels and YouTube stay separate

Reels reserve at least 12 slots per month, up to 90 seconds each. YouTube is separately booked up to ten finished minutes; it does not require a reel subscription or use reel slots. YouTube includes one thumbnail, proposed title/description and approved upload to one named channel.

No included filming, resource allowance, ad budget or ongoing strategy/analytics. Client-recorded, faceless or an agreed mix. Reels fee reserves capacity with no automatic rollover; agency shortfalls remain our responsibility. Agree scope, runtime ceiling, reviews, billing, dates, commitment and notice by proposal. Agree the treatment and review allowance before starting. Standard source allowance is up to five minutes per reel or 30 minutes per YouTube topic. Specialist animation, bespoke characters, likeness/voice cloning and changed concepts require separate agreement. No guarantee of reach, leads or sales.

We agree the expected length, source allowance, treatment, feedback process and maximum extra fee first. No pooling of unused runtime or charges for an unapproved overrun created by us. A new concept or materially changed brief is agreed separately. Existing signed agreements and agreed exceptions remain effective.
