Work we scope separately
These packages do not include shoots or a filming allocation. Filming crews, equipment, travel, bespoke generated footage and complex production require separate scope. YouTube output beyond the listed entitlement is separately agreed. Optional setup applies only to substantial positioning, branding or strategy work, with the scope and fee agreed first. A new logo, website or wider brand redesign is agreed as a separate scope.
Payments, revisions and commitment
Standard Managed Content: 50% at cycle start and 50% at month-end. The initial commitment is three months, then monthly; it does not require three months upfront. The 15/30-reel tiers receive reasonable collaborative revisions within the agreed direction, including client-filmed variants. Entry allows two rounds per edit. Agency mistakes are corrected without consuming rounds.
Assess the service experience over roughly 3–4 months. Plan for 6–12 months of sustained content investment for business results, without a guarantee.
Agreed before we start
Reel duration, source-footage limits, review rounds, turnaround and delivery dates, publishing destinations, source-file handoff, payment and commitment terms, and treatment of unused capacity. These go into your written proposal. Content Studio and custom retainers confirm their own billing, review allowance, commitment and notice; the standard managed three-month term does not automatically apply.
Reserved capacity, without a growing backlog
Your package reserves the agreed production capacity for its service cycle. Please provide the required inputs and approvals on time so we can use it. Unused capacity does not accumulate or carry forward automatically, including resources and the ad allowance. If anything falls short of the agreed scope, raise it with your account manager and we will address it directly. Moving publication of an existing video does not create a new original slot. Silence is never approval to publish.
Production and feedback
Standard reels are up to 90 finished seconds with up to 5 minutes of organised source per topic. Standard YouTube allows up to 30 minutes of organised source per topic. Longer reels, extensive archive/interview discovery and different treatments need scope first. One agreed approver consolidates feedback, with a target of 3 business days. Approve scripts or outlines before filming; late inputs move the affected schedule. New topics, replacement source, changed direction or preference-led reshoots are discussed before extra work.
Additional runtime, per video
For Editing Only and Managed Content, above the applicable YouTube base each begun 30-second block is US$3 per video. For an included managed video: 8:20 adds US$3; 8:45 adds US$6; 9:20 adds US$9. For editing-only: 5:20 totals US$63 and 8:00 totals US$78. Agree the target and maximum charge first. Unused minutes do not pool between videos. An unapproved overrun created by us is trimmed or absorbed; this does not buy unlimited source review or a new concept. Content Studio uses its own ten-minute base and runtime rate in the Content Studio guide.
Additional work, agreed first
Extra managed reel: US$60 within the existing direction and treatment. Extra managed YouTube up to eight minutes: US$120, including managed preparation, editing and packaging. No shoots are included. Graphics and animation relevant to the agreed editing treatment may be included. Substantially changed treatments, custom likeness/voice, shows, extra languages and bespoke production require agreement and, where needed, a separate quote before acceptance. CRM, outbound/sales operations and performance-marketing campaigns are outside the standard service. No retrospective surprise charges.
Final files and handover
Final exports and client source footage remain available for 90 days after completion or offboarding; keep your own copies. Agreed videos, thumbnails and resources are delivered. Editable projects, workflows, prompts and reusable templates, and longer storage, are separately scoped.
Managed service: notice and client recording
USD managed: 50% at cycle start, 50% at month-end. Initial three service months, then monthly; at least 30 calendar days’ written notice ending at a service-cycle boundary. Notice may be given during the initial term to end after month three. No included shoots, filming allocation or filming credits. You supply recordings, with remote recording guidance. No automatic pause or open-ended capacity freeze. Existing signed agreements and agreed client-specific exceptions remain unchanged.
Send notice by email or WhatsApp to your designated account manager; confirm the end date and final account in writing. Three months upfront is not required. A mid-cycle cancellation request does not automatically create a partial-cycle refund of reserved content capacity.
